Lisa Rose is a new, up and coming freelance makeup artist, servicing the Virginia Hampton Roads and Tidewater area. She began her artistry in October 2011, specializing in makeup application for weddings, photo shoots, fashion shows, children parties and other special events. Lisa Rose uses a variety of quality products to create that perfect flawless look for your special day.
