My name is Nelson Garcia and I'm about 30 years old. I've always been told I have a model look so I decided to join model mayhem, and not because I want to make tons of money, but I personally always wanted to but have been preoccupied with work and the normal 9-5. This is the first time in my life that I have no job, so I say F-it let me give this a try since I have all the time in the world and and I'm not getting any younger. I am interested in print modeling, acting, and I'm also open to try new things. I'm not an expert at any of this but quick to learn and very motivated so hit me up and I'll be there. The little experience I do have I picked up when I was going to workshops every week in Manhattan practicing everything from cold readings to workshops on "The Walk" and sitcoms. I was doing all of this because I was supposed to go to this thing in L.A. called IMTA. There I was supposed to enter all these contests and be exposed to scouts from all over the world. Long story short I ended up quitting after about 3 months because it was $5000 and I wasn't making enough money to keep up with the payments. Being that I put my age out there for you and this experience is from high school you can believe that I am truly passionate about this and not looking to waste anybodies time including my own
