Born and raised in Okinawa and Iwakuni, Japan, Andre Boyer always had a passion for acting. Watching the careers of Will Smith and Jim Carrey, he soon blossomed in his own comedic ventures. He performed at local theaters in San Diego and went to UCSD to major in Theater and Film. Not giving up he decided to move to Los Angeles to further pursue his dream. He got his first television debut on the CW's "Veronica Mars", and right after that he recurred on three episodes of "General Hospital". Later he booked a series regular on Michael Eisner's "Prom Queen" which was also nominated for a daytime Emmy in 2007. Next he received a role on Chris Rock's "Everybody Hates Chris". He also performs stand up comedy in and around Los Angeles.

Currently part of an Los Angeles based Improv troupe.
