About Me

I am a competitive marathon runner and triathlete. My current race resume includes the Los Angeles Marathon, Boston Marathon and the 2011, 2012 and 2013 Los Angeles Triathlons. I am also nationally certified as a Personal Trainer and as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Since becoming an endurance athlete and entering in the fitness field, I have made health and fitness my lifestyle.
