About Me

My name is Shelby "Mustang" Napier and the first thing I have to say about myself is my life revolves around art, and I believe that is very important in modeling. I started out in photography at age thirteen, with nature and landscapes. When I was sixteen I began photographing people, but soon realized I wasn't only interested in photographing, but involving myself in every aspect of the photo. I started to do my own hair, make up, styling, editing, photographing and modeling for each photo so I'm very familiar with my correct angles, and with how lighting and positioning works in photos. Though I don't have much experience in professional modeling, I have modeled casually, and for artistic purposes for five years now. I have modeled for photography students, and hobbyist. I would love to take my modeling to the next level. I believe I have a unique look and aesthetic and would fit great into artistic, high fashion, editorial, haute couture, and avant-garde which are some of my favorite fashion genres. I am very versatile and can go from hard to soft, feminine to masculine, edgy to glamorous very quickly. I specialize in edge, androgyny and vintage pin up. I also have very delicate hands and feet, and could do parts modeling. All in all I am a very diverse and artistic soul looking for a career where I can express myself, be beautiful and lend myself to art.
(My hair is at an awkward cut after growing out from a mohawk. Its about medium length but the sides are off, and I have to wear extensions to even them out. My hair does take extensions though, and wigs of course.)
