I am a mature art student at present in my last year of my fine art degree, I am a random sketcher, I sketch mainly on buses & public transport. I would describe myself as a portrait painter but I have a very unique style, I paint mainly use acrylics in my paintings with a strong leaning towards process & PVA in usage. I also do graphite portraits & when sketching in a pocket A5 size sketchbook I use gel pens, I am always looking for new models to draw, I do draw a variety of subjects but I do have a theatrical style to my paintings. I have sold some of my paintings, I usually always work on paper too, wall paper actually is a great surface to work onto, it has a real tooth to it.
