Ive started working with some great photographers and hairdressers and am trying to build up a portfolio and feel it would be great to meet people through model mayhem.

i have expirience in the beauty salon scene but would really like to do make up for editorials and photographs to help me me more creative.
When I did my beauty therapy course we did a short course on makeup. At the time, I didn’t enjoy it that much we were using cheap and not very good make up. It was hard to create the looks I wanted. One day at work I had to step up and do a clients make up because no one else was free. I was a little nervous. But I did it and surprisingly to myself I loved it! Since then I have been learning, experimenting and practicing with different make up and looks. I feel like it comes naturally to me now. At work we use really good make up which helps. Then I had a fantastic opportunity to work on a shoot with a photographer which gave me my flair and passion back.

At work I mainly do nails and I do a lot of nail art. I know I’m creative because I like nails art, I make things like hair clips, headbands, flowers and bows. Make up is another way that I can express myself and let my creativity run wild. Working on photo shoots allows me to get in there and be daring. Again on the creative side I really enjoy face painting making kids look like butterflies, tigers, iron man etc. Sometimes I use my face paint when I’m doing photo shoots. I get the bright coverage I want with it. I also did the make up for two hairdressers that have entered the Hair Fashion Awards.

Im hoping that models and photographers would like to network through model mayhem and work with me now that my passion is back....
