Faatymah Kitt, designer, artist, and even poet, is a native of Charlotte, NC. Her innovative and creative style comes as a result of her learning at the Illinois Institute of Art of Chicago. Here she studied Fashion Design, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. In the year 2006, the birth of SSyn K, LLC, came to fruition. Although her son was the original inspiration behind the company, she later formed a philosophy based upon an innate desire to infuse a marriage between empowerment and creativity into every design. This philosophy is: “So Sincere and Klassy!” Her intent was to birth a company that brought a genuine connection to positivity infused with a confident tailored feel and a daring tomboyish edge.
