Rewind 41 years, the place was my grandfathers darkroom located in the laundry room. A sheet of paper is placed into the tray and as he swirls it, an image begins to magically appear. It was there that my infatuation with the captured image began. The Clichés are worn but there is, in fact, an element of magic that occurs each time the shutter is fired and that moment is captured. After 15 years of shooting professionally, the magic is still there even as the method has changed.
