So I am a freelance artist and I generally work with words; poetry, short stories, and lyrics. However, I have always wanted to pursue an attempt at drawing people. Generally I just make an attempt to draw people based off of images I've taken from various locations such as friendly gatherings, however I have always wanted to work with a model on this. Generally I work with abstracts, so it is very rare that I am actually drawing the person exact. Very often the actual background of the drawings are conceptual and were never actually there. I believe in adapting the model to the image, or surroundings, not adapting to the model. I do not have any major experience, I have only had very few people in my life approach me to be drawn. Most of my work is based off of images I took myself amongst friends. I do draw other subjects than people, but I am hoping to find models that are willing to be drawn. I find it very difficult to approach people for my work as the reactions are generally resistant, it is my hope that here my passion will be welcomed.
