hij volgt nu een opleiding tot artiest. Dagelijks werkt hij aan zijn skills op gebied van theater, zang en presentatie. Hij doet de theaterschool waarbij hij ook in musicals speelt. Hij heeft veel ambitie op dat gebied en gelooft in zichzelf.

Modellenwerk is er letterlijk met de paplepel ingegoten. Zijn moeder liet hem vanaf zijn baby-tijd al aan fotoshoots doen. Jaren later en vele poses verder voelt hij zich thuis als hij voor de camera staat en kan hij nog steeds enthousiast worden van het resultaat van een shoot.

Tegenwoordig doet Akshay naast foto shoots ook catwalk opdrachten.

Akshay omschrijft zichzelf als flexibel, leergierig, enthousiast en positief ingesteld.
