I am a London based amateur photographer wanting to improve my photography skills and learn as much about working with models as possible.

would love to work with models who have experience working with photographers who have not had many models to photograph. Especially those who would not mind telling me where i might be going wrong or what i do well.

That does not mean to say that i do not want to work with newbie models, i believe that practice makes perfect so the more practice the better :)
