About Me

As a kid, my uncle was always introducing me to new concepts to keep my active childhood cerebrum filled with exciting ideas. Star Trek, trains, old Chevies, and novelty root beers are a few of the treasures I still carry with me to this day. One interest of my uncle's which did not click for me until later in life was photography. An avid hobbyist and collector of vintage still and motion picture cameras, he was always trying to get me into cameras but for some reason it wasn't until I picked up a used Nikon at a garage sale for twenty bucks when I was 15 did my thirst become slaked for the first time.

For a long while my focus was on macro photography - detailed shots of leaves, flower petals, tree bark, stones along a riverbank... any sort of interesting natural texture. I also love macro photography of insects, honey bees and praying mantises being my favorite to capture. So as you can imagine... lots of pictures of bees climbing around flower blossoms, and praying mantises hanging out on leaves and branches.

Action photography is a lot of fun too, and in pursuit of this interest I got a gig at a local high school about four years ago, photographing on-campus sporting events. It was a side job that exploded into something else entirely.

It was through this job that I began to seriously photograph human subjects for the first time, and realized I'd been missing out all these years! At the time I was attending film school and really had no trouble finding models who wanted to be photographed so that I could begin to develop a sense of style and technique. This was all new to me but I found I could hardly sit still for an hour before my mind would get restless and I'd have to find someone to photograph, somewhere on campus! A simple side business producing head shots for fellow students gained momentum to become full-on glamour and promo shoots, utilizing the film school's lights, filters, and other resources to aid in my productions.

For the past year I have been working on building my erotica and lingerie portfolio in particular.

Although I don't have a lot of experience, I have a good eye, good equipment, and am honest and dependable. I look forward to expanding my horizons here and trying out new things!
