About Me

R-K here! I'm a freelance model and cosplayer. I graduated from Barbizon Modeling Academy at the top of my class. Above all, I love cosplaying, but I also love photoshoots.

Notes:
1. I will not do nude, implied nude, pinup, erotica, bondage, fetish, lingerie, or boudoir. Do NOT ask or you will be ignored. I WILL do swimsuit / bikini modeling provided the swimsuit is not too revealing.

2. I require the presence of a chaperone to all my events and work. This person will be selected by me and brought with me for my own peace of mind and safety.

3. I reserve the right to deny any requests for poses / angles / etc at any point in time for any reason. I also reserve the right for removal from the public eye of any images I deem unfit for viewing [overly risque shots, etc].

What I believe sets me apart from most models is that I want every single photo of me to convey emotion. I want each picture to have personality. That’s why the captions for each photo will attempt to say the emotion I was portraying.

I rarely will use makeup past general foundation / cover-up and very mild mascara for high-end shoots. I don’t use hair products like mouse or spray. Upon request I can have makeup / hair done a certain way for a shoot, but prefer to shoot naturally (free of makeup).

Biography
I started modeling in 2006, when my mother took me to the entrance interviews for Barbizon Modeling Academy. I was accepted to the 2007-2008 Boston Academy, and graduated at the top of my class, and up there toward the top of the school in the district.

I first got into cosplaying in 2008, when I attended my first anime convention, AAC (Another Anime Convention) in Nashua, NH. The convention scene really made me feel accepted for the first time, and though my AAC cosplays were nice, I wanted to do more and better cosplays. I only recently started cosplay modeling, and getting back in to cosplay. I went through a lot of rough patches in life and have finally rekindled my love of the hobby, my love of the art.

In the past, I’ve only done two paid photoshoots but plenty of fair-use photoshoots (equal use and rights to photos as the photographer), and I was selected to participate in an all-expense paid StoryBook session with B. St.Pierre Studio that was valued at over $1200 in mid-August.

My goal is to be able to experience modeling as more than just a hobby and possibly pursue a career in it, and push for displaying my natural beauty instead of hiding beneath a mask of make-up.

I joined Model Mayhem in hopes that I might be able to get some modeling work and take the next step in accomplishing my goal. Rates are dependent on the job, and I currently cannot travel very far (due to school). Providing all travel expenses are paid and I am able to fit it into my schedule, I will venture out of southern New Hampshire. I'm also more than happy to meet up with photographers!
