About Me

Hi there,

I am a Professional Bodybuilder and European powerlifting champion. I am also a self employe Personal Trainer. I love running my business helping people making them feel fitter, improving their self esteem and enabling them to compete and reach goals they would never imagine they could achieve before.

My passion is my sport and I still compete today. I have won 4 gold medals this year, have broken 9 British records and have just been selected to represent GB for powerlifting in New Zealand.

I have been featured in films, national television and newspapers as well as many magazines. And I am a little local celebrity and love being involved in charity work too.
