Statement:

Photo retouching is a culmination of my artistic experiences and a natural progression from having done hair and makeup on live models. The theories and concepts I've used throughout life are infused in my photo-retouching skills. My aim is to enhance a photograph to tell its story in a way that does not take away from the photographer's original point of view. Retouching is not simply about removing blemishes or changing backgrounds; each photograph is a unique piece of art and is treated as such.

"I have two simple goals for my photography, enjoyment and mastery. I know I'll never master photography, but I will always enjoy an opportunity to learn, experiment, and share.

It's great learning the rules of photography as well as learning when to disregard them. The goal is to get images that people connect with. Which is one of the most powerful forms of communications we have. Anyone can sit in their basement and fire a strobe, dosent make it interesting."
