Hello, I'm Neil, known as Ned to friends I'm a very experienced barber with a creative and open mind. I'm interested in building a portfolio, with different models and photographers, of my work because at the moment I have nothing but Instagram edited images of customers that come in my shop. I want to work with models and photographers who share the same amount of passion for what they do, as I do, for what I do.
