Growing up as an only child, I had to adapt to what was around to keep myself
entertained. Escaping from reality began to manifest itself through art making, which led
to a deep appreciation for the creation of photography. I enjoy capturing life’s moments
that are over in the flash of a shutter, and I believe I accomplish this in a unique way by
taking mimetic images with a camera and altering them into my own artistic perspective. I also shoot promotional and still behind the scenes photography for films an productions.

Freshman year of high school I chose to take a photography class as my art elective, I cannot thank that teacher enough. The first project we did was create pinhole cameras out of shoe boxes, I will never forget that assignment, because that is the first time I experienced how magical photography could be and have been in love with it as a medium ever since. I have lived my entire life in New Jersey and attended Kean University for my undergraduate degree. Attending Academy of Art in San Francisco, came soon after I graduated with my Bachelors in Photography. I knew I wanted to get my Masters and I felt the urge to try something new and experience a new place and new people. All this led me here, creating what I love.
