At an early age, Jolin grew a strong passion for color and art. She was inspired by the arts and has been intrigued with making things with her own hands ever since. Her love to paint, draw and craft had become an important part of her personal style and how she chose to express herself to the world. She started her formal training as a makeup artist even while attending high school. Afterward, she felt the need to complement her makeup artistry skills with a formal college education. She then pursued a degree in business education and in 2005, she graduated with cum laude in Marketing Management. While working as a freelance makeup consultant, she also pursued a career in corporate banking. In 2009, she furthered her formal education in makeup artistry by attending The School Of Make Up in Singapore. She moved to the U.S in 2010 and became a freelance make-up artist based in San Fransisco and New York. Jolin is also a certified air brush makeup artist.

Jolin has worked with a wide range of clients and always strive to create that flawless looks to suit different needs of her clients. To bring out the natural beauty of her subject regardless of the gender, ethnicity or character portrayal is what she does passionately.
Jolin offers on-location services for the whole bridal party and also available for out-of-state and destination weddings.
