Summer is a new talent and has 2 years of experience in the beauty industry, though her passion for hair began as a child. Her creative approach to cutting, coloring and styling hair has evolved from a strong background and education in the arts. Summer has a diverse style that embraces edge, sophistication and the classics. She enjoys special event styling, editorial, runway and weddings. She graduated from Steven Papageorge Hair Academy in Chicago, Illinois where she studied Cosmetology. She has received advanced training with Kris Sorbie and Chris Baran of Redken, Nico Hartman of Schwarzkopf Professional and Carlo Novoa of L’Oréal Professionnel. Her goal is to become an educator and a platform artist. She is a native to Illinois and enjoys the diversity and fast pace of Chicago. Summer is inspired by fashion, music, movies, sculpture, painting and nature.
