My foray into the world of still photography was driven by a love for motion pictures. When I consider how static elements-like a character's initial stance-can make a scene, the concept of telling stories through one or a series of still images naturally follows.

I prefer to work with natural light as much as possible but I work in studio as well. Right now I shoot with both Canon and Pentax equipment. Whether working with professional models or clients from other fields, I like a collaborative approach-giving direction when needed but leaving room for self expression. Particularly when it comes to portraits-as much as possible, the finished work should be a self-revelation of the subject.
