I first realized I wanted to be an MUA while at University. I attended the University of Kentucky as a Theatre Major. While there, I designed the makeup and was head artist for both Zombie Town and Les Liaisons Dangerouse. Having said that, most of my experience is in special effects and theatrical makeup. I have taken classes in wig work as well as special effects makeup.

I am currently attending classes in Toronto at The School of Makeup Art to further hone my skills. I am always looking for learning experiences and am up for almost any opportunity to challenge myself and work with other artists.

Eventually, I want to work in film as a special effects artist, but I am trying to keep myself open to the whole world of possibilities.
