Joseph Alejandro Hernandez is a 18 year old student who is currently a senior at Alhambra High School. His passion for photography began three years ago when Joseph received his first DSLR as gift from his father. Since then, he has worked diligently on mastering the art of photography. Joseph has built up a name for himself in his hometown of Alhambra and is better known by his 3,000+ followers as @josephcaptures on instagram. He represented his school at the 2012-2013 Outstanding ROP Student of the Year Competition where he placed bronze for his eye-catching work in photography class. He has made it to the last round of the prestigious Spotlight competition in 2014. His work has been featured on the well known photography blog www.lenscratch.com.
