.I have had the honor of working with the human form in photography for over 30 years. I am not looking for the perfect body or model. I am not in search of beauty, I already see beauty in everyone. What I am trying to do with my art is to reveal the beauty I see everywhere. I want people to look at the images and see the beauty of themselves and others.

Nowhere does this principle show up more than with my work with breast cancer survivors. The courage shown by these women to reveal themselves to a stranger was awesome! Taking a risk like that so they could find again the beauty they thought they lost made me feel very small. It was for this project that I was awarded the Humanitarian Award. I have received many awards but that one went straight to my heart.

Health reasons caused me to close my studio in Phoenix. I am currently living in Northern California with my wonderful Connie capturing the beauty of people of all shapes, sizes and ages.
