Hi, thank you for looking at my page. I’m a hobby rope rigger and photographer.
Back in the country, having spent some years working abroad; in Europe and Japan, where I enjoyed experimenting with photography and Photoshop to record my travels. In Japan I studied Japanese rope bondage/kinbaku/shibari under two of the Japanese greats, and started taking photos of my work to help me improve. I hope to continue to put the three together to make something nice and do justice to the patience and good humour of the models.
So far I think my kinbaku is winning, photography is second and my Photoshop trailing in last - but, as they say, practice makes perfect. Time permitting, I am happy to rig for others in return for tea and photography tips.
I'm work around London a lot the moment and occasionally abroad – I get back up to Birmingham most weekends; which is when I get time to think about my emails, rigging and photography, so please do not worry if it takes me a few days to reply.
