About Me

Nice to meet you virtually! Serena is my name and I have been working consistently as Hair and MUA for the last 9 years. My work is varied and have work on campaigns, music videos, teaching and in Fashion. I also body paint, SFX and can airbrush too. I moved over to fashion two years ago after mainly working in media. I find I can express myself more creatively and love to do this through painting/makeup. Design is a big part of my work process and take inspiration from everything and everyone around me.

Been told I'm a talented artist and like to think outside the box. Always getting creative and use experimental artistry. Makeup and art is my passion, without it I'd be lost!!

Always deeking to use my brushes and love to meet likeminded indiviuals. Especailly interested in left field thinkers, highly artistic projects, develop and set trends. Test welcomed for contributing artistic value.

I also a experienced as a designer and have run teams and organised budgets for shows/productions. Also won title for ITV Design trainee and have trained under Errol Douglas whilst I was studying Hairdressing. Always a happy part of any crew and hope to inspire, teach and share and learn.

Lastly would like to say that I'm fun, always smiling and believe that life is art, only you create it.

Hi,

I'm doing a shoot for Rush hairdressers this coming Tuesday and unfortunately the make up artist I was originally using is no longer able to work. The shoot is avant garde themed, we will be working with the head stylist of the clapham branch. I'm afraid the shoot is unpaid, but there will be a good team of us and we should be able to get some great images!

Hi there, great portfolio!

Im looking for a MUA to do my makeup for a photoshoot, in return for time for print. Looking to shoot this upcoming sunday 7th or monday 8th (thurs 11th possibly but would be an early start)

You would get all the photographs from the shoot to use for your portfolio,

The shoot is for standard agency photographs and require a natural look as well as muted not to bright clothes. Think gap advert or such like.

I have a really great photographer on board, who has taken shots for vogue, so I think the photographs all in all should be pretty good.
