Douglas Beasley’s personal vision explores the spiritual aspects of people and place. His photography is concerned with how spirit is recognized and expressed in everyday life. His second photo book ‘Earth Meets Spirit’ was published by 5 Continents Editions of Milan, Italy.

Extensively exhibited and published internationally, grants and commissions fund much of his personal work. With many years of commercial photography experience, he is also founder and director of Vision Quest Photo Workshops. Doug’s extensive teaching experience includes numerous workshops worldwide, which always emphasize heart, soul and vision over the mechanics of camera use. He is also the creator of Vision Quest Cards, which provide photo assignments for visual and spiritual growth.
