Growing up I always idolized the superheros that were in the comic books and tv shows that i enjoyed as a kid. I was an awkward 120 pound teenager who thought that I was doomed to be short and scrawny my whole life. When I started reading the autobiography of Arnold Schwarzenegger and saw pictures of him when he was a teen, and how he developed into practically a superhuman! It gave me hope that i could build myself and take control of my body and life. Like Arnold as a 14 year old boy in Austria realized, I could use weights and willpower to become who i wanted to be, instead of accepting that i was doomed to forever be just as I was, Short and scrawny.

As I started to develop and gain muscle from the gym I met many people who inspired me and were very kind to me in giving me tips in training and dieting. As I learned and practiced what I was taught and got results. people started to notice me and started asking me for advice as I had asked others. Seeing them change physically and mentally and knowing I had a hand in inspiring them to achieve their results motivated me to work harder so I could reach more people and show them how they too can become who they want to be through weights and willpower!

My biggest accomplishment by far is the people who i've had the honor to meet and help them reach their fitness goals, and as they progress and get excited about training and living healthy lifestyles its worth more than trophies and titles! They inspired me to start my independent personal training service, Rodfit Lifestyles, to pay it forward what fitness has given to me! As i am just beginning my journey into the fitness world and beginning to place in competitions, although i'm proud of where I have come from to get to where I am. I look forward to being able to reach out and inspire more people to become the best they can be!
