I'm transforming my body, evoking it's beauty, chiseling away at the years of poor lifestyle habits and mistreatment during college. I started January 5th at 18% body fat. In my pictures (taken 1/26) I'm around 13% body fat. I'm lowering my body fat below ten percent and use my physique for fitness, sports, and lifestyle modeling.

I aim to embody all that is man, in all that it means; not just the narrow, hyper masculine, meathead definition that manliness has recently come to portray, but an idea of masculinity that stretches to our primal roots, yet still embodies the spiritual and emotional evolution our species has undergone over our history.
I'm an actor and a personal trainer by trade. I have a passion for my craft and for evolution - both in myself and helping others reach new heights. I look forward to contributing to any projects for which I'm suited.
