About Me

I am a semi-professional photographer looking to work with talented people who are as passionate about creating stunning images as I am. I specialize in that gritty/edgy/designer look. I love working on location and am constantly looking for a challenge. Nothing makes me happier than laying in the dirt shooting a gorgeous model leaning up against a rusty old car in some gritty location. My business is based on shooting Newborns, Seniors, Sports & Families. It keeps me pretty busy, along with my other full-time job, but I would love to expand and experiment with some different kinds of work. For example; I would really love to do some pinup girl shoots and am currently gathering locations. I would also like to work with models building fashion portfolios. But I'm open to almost anything. If you're a newbie looking to build your portfolio or an experienced veteran looking to challenge yourself, hit me up and lets see if we can inspire each other to make some great images. Models, please remember, I am a professional photographer. I do NOT pay to shoot unless I am on assignment and being paid by a client. I am willing to do some trade work on occasion to help build certain branches of my portfolio, but due to my schedule which gets pretty hectic during the summer/fall season, I may not have time for many, so I'll have to be kind of picky. Of course, paying clients take priority over trade work.
I work with several photo labs and can provide you with the latest styles of quality prints, canvases, metallics and albums.

WHAT I REQUIRE:

Proof of Age. I will take a picture of your official picture ID at our first shoot for my records, before we begin shooting. I do not shoot with models under 18 years of age without a parent present and a copy of my model release signed by a legal guardian.

A signed model release. I will ask you to sign my release at the beginning of each shoot. I will not shoot without a signed release. NO exceptions.

A Pre-Shoot Meeting: If we have never worked together before. You get a copy of my release to keep and review. We get to meet and get acquainted. You get to see I'm not a creep, I get to see if you look like the pictures in your portfolio. We talk about what we both want out of the shoot. These meetings are held in a safe, public place like Starbucks or Panera or some casual restaurant convenient to both of us.

Escorts: If you would like to bring an escort, I’m fine with it, as long as the person is unobtrusive. If your escort is willing to help me with things like holding a reflector or touching up hair & make-up, even better. (but, it is not a requirement). Bring a fun friend who you’re not afraid to be yourself in front of. In my experience, husbands, boyfriends and parents do not make good escorts. Even the most experienced models very often get self-conscious with them watching, but if that is your preference, I usually won't object.

Body art: I have no problem with either tattoos or piercings.

NO nudes? NO problem! If you want them, We’ll shoot them. If you don't, we won't. You set the limits. I respect them. I will never try to talk you into something you're not comfortable doing.

I always do my best to be on time for meetings and shoots. I ask the same consideration from my models and MUAs.

I know this has been really long but if you've read this far, we should probably take the next step and set up a shoot.

Drop me a message. Let's get together, have some fun and inspire each other to make some great images.

Work with me and my promise is this: I will break my back, risk my life and shed my blood to provide you with images that absolutely BLOW YOU AWAY!
