The first time modeled was during the Summer of 2014. It was for a clothing company named Rocksmith that was, at the time, based out of Brooklyn, New York but now they operate in Manhattan. Needless to say I was beyond nervous; I'd never seen my self as a model before and had it not been for their head of digital marketing noticing my potential, I might never have become one. I'll never forget walking into their offices, with my backpack and suitcase, fresh off a long subway ride from JFK into the heart of BK, and seeing all the samples of clothes yet to be released and the pictures of past seasons' collections. It was like stepping into a movie. I spent two weeks in New York, interning, modeling but also checking out what the city had to offer. I saw shows, went to clubs, took dance classes, visited parks, and also looked at colleges. I look back on those 14 days as some of the most important days of my life. They helped me to realize some of the things that I want out of life. They helped me to figure out what some of my goals are. I decided that I wanted to become a model and that I wanted to live in New York,

Now that I've set my goals it's time to begin the long journey to reaching them, and what's the first step? Marketing. I'm hoping to reach a myriad of photographers, other models, agents, etc. I'm hoping this site will connect me to more shoots so that I can build my portfolio and then send it in to an open call at Ford, City, or Look.
