About Me

I love art and I consider myself an artist with an eye for symmetry and all things beautiful. And what is more beautiful that the human body itself? For the last 10 years I have been a certified personal fitness trainer and group exercise instructor teaching cycling and varies other resistance training classes including the very popular Les Mills BODYPUMP. Fitness is my passion and I love all things connected in the world of fitness. I am also a certified massage therapist and health educator and enjoy and entertain the ideas of eastern medicine in conjunction with our traditional western approach. As a fitness professional I take pride in the health and fitness of my clients as well as my own. I have recently began competing in INBA/PNBA Natural Bodybuilding competitions as a physique and figure competitor and am taking my physique to the next level and with that find that I enjoy modeling and see myself desiring to become a fitness model and a continued role model for my clients, friends, and family members.
