Hi, Thanks for vistiting my profile and your interest in my work .

My name is Mario Dours. 

Born in 1971 and raised in Londerzeel, Belgium. Londerzeel is a small town located 25 km from Brussel and Antwerp.

My passion for photography has always been there. I loved watching landscape and portraits from people around the world. But I got really bitten by the photography virus later on when I was working. A colleague of mine had a photo business. And that is how I discovered the possibility’s in photography and fell in love with it.

I like to shoot portrait, fashion and beauty but also lifestyle, landscapes and cityscapes.  A photo shows a feeling, a mood, an attitude and that is something try to show in my work. Pushing the edge and pursue a certain type of picture is what I love to do. I try to reach this goal in the scene setup but also in the post processing.

I work as an IT consultant which is giving me the opportunity to spend a great amount of time for my photography business.

Another passion of mine is Asia, more specific Thailand. Since my wife is Thai and I love the country so much. We spend a couple of months a year over there. So I’m always looking forward to have some assignments over there as well.

I’m a calm, simple human being who loves every part of life. Showing my passion to the world is one of my main goals. I love to share and hope that people can feel the same happiness as me through my pictures. Photography is not a hobby. It is a passion, something I love to life for.
