I'm a technical photographer in my day job. I've always enjoyed landscape photography and what little exposure I've had to working with models has been a challenge. My taste is a bit atmospheric, and I want what I produce to in some way evoke feeling. I've always enjoyed film noire and dark urban settings. I generally don't do nudes. I love natural light and shadows, but have no problem bringing out strobes (Eli RULES!!!). While I may be expert in my field, I'm still learning my way around working with models. Given this, I have no problem with reasonable fees for those I work with. I love collaboration, and enjoy working with people who want to contribute more than just their presence to a shoot. While I prefer to give out only images I'm happy with, I don't watermark them or care what you do with them. I'm just happy if they're good. This is the fun and relaxation part of photography for me -the day job pays the bills.

All the retouching is mine, as well. Good or bad, I own it. I don't have "formulas". Every photo says something different, and I process for the feel of the image. Sometimes I find that what I thought was a lousy shot is actually the best after processing.
