I'm Arielle, I was born and raised in New Hampshire and if your wondering, I WAS named after the Mermaid thanks to my older sister who loved the movie and wanted her little sister to be a princess, cute? Yah, its pretty cute now, but still to this day, I get the "Wheres your fish friends" and I thought you had red hair?!.. Ha, Ha... ANYWAYS, let me tell you more about my photography!

I always loved taking photos and at first it was defiantly a hobby. I graduated from the University of New Hampshire (GO WILDCATS!) where I studied business. When I graduated I had NO idea of what I wanted to do (like most grads!) So, with my business degree, I decided to Nanny. My professors were disappointed, but I loved children and thought I could be the next Super Nanny! Although nannying was great (and I still nanny part time after school for the same little boy who is now 7!) I felt like I needed something else! I had no idea what to do!

Then, it hit me! My older roommates (my parents, cough cough) went away on a trip to California and I had the house to myself and some time to reflect and really think about where I was going in my life and with my career. I had this crazy AH-HA (Oprah) moment. Why not combine my love for photography with my business degree and create my own photography business!? And that is how it all started!

I started learning, reading and studying photography night and day and just went for it! Now after 3 years in the industry and shooting at over 50 weddings, I can call myself a HAPPY professional photographer and business owner!
