Booking:

If you require a model release form you may send it to my email listed above for my review for I will need some time to look over before signing. Looking forward to working with you.

Cancellations:
If by any reason you cancel a shoot, please call me within 24 hours. If for any reason I can't make a shoot, You will be notified as soon as possible.
