About Me

With more than a decade of fitness involvement, I have the reputation for being an energetic, strong and committed endurance athlete. My involvement in sports began from the age of 6 from playing soccer, softball, swimming, triathlons and running, and then to collegiate most valuable athlete in cross-country and track in college. Now I’m striving and succeeding as a fitness model and personal trainer and coach. My dedication to my business has proven only the best reputation of proven results and success. My coaching and programs are beyond just the workout and healthy eating. I educate my clients on stress management, importance of rest and recovery and so much more.
