Hey, I'm Fitness addicted young women.:)
Oddly enough i did not like sports growing up! I liked being active but had no serious interest about sport.I began going to the gym when i was 23, but mainly stuck with cardio - I was afraid of the weight room and I was afraid of “getting big.”It wasn’t until after I had my dayghter that I set a goal out of my comfort zone and started to lift weights. ! That decision changed my life and helped me discover my passion!
