My passion for makeup has gone as far back as puberty years. Struggling to fit in and not thinking you're pretty enough can take a toll on a pre teen/teenager.
I remember putting on makeup to do exactly what it's meant for as a younger girl "to enhance my Beauty", and it did just that! Of course at the time I may not have been doing it the correct way, by just blotting a non pigmented eye shadow from the dollar store on my eye lid, but it was the beginning of my first love.
I yearned to get better at better enhancing my features, and so I watched a whole lot of tutorials until I became perfect at it on myself. For years I gained different tequniques on what to do and what not to do on my type of skin and features, and after a while I never realized that I was a walking art to others. People were fascinated on how precisely I could do my makeup. And with one quick Direct Message on Instagram from someone who just saw my work on myself, there I realized I wanted this. I wanted to become a makeup artist. Now the only challenge was to try what I'm perfect at doing on myself on others. Although it wasn't easy I accepted the challenge. And with each glow and smile after my sessions were done I needed this to be my lifetime practice.
Becoming a member of such a devoted community will help me further my passion as well as helping other advance there's.
