Throughout my years of clinician, military veteran, and charge nurse experience I have held the managerial responsibilities of leading fellow soldiers, nurses, certified nursing assistants, general employees, clients and patients. The best way to describe me would be I am outwardly friendly, hospitable, never stressed and I am a natural leader/manager as well as specifically trained to be so. Eager to greet with a smile, eager to share, eager to learn and teach. I exude great communication, give criticism with corrective action when needed as well as give positivity of congratulations when deserved to thrive upon. Improv, stand up comedy and acting experience.
