I am the fittest that I have been in my entire life. I workout 6 days a week and follow a strict nutrition plan. Not only do I like how I look, I also feel really great and energized. I see many men and women my age in the fitness community who are huge consumers in the fitness industry. They are interested in the latest apparel, fitness gear, and fitness programs. Most of the models that I see in magazines are a lot younger than I am. I feel that the fitness industry should also appeal to my age group through relevant ads and commercials. Fitness is so important as we age for our physiological well being and my goal is to educate and inspire those around me to get on the band wagon.
