My goal as an artist has always been evolution.  From cinema to digital art to painting to coloring books to back again.  With some ad hoc fashion design required at points along the way!  I even know a very little about makeup now. 
Practically speaking
I am located in Silver Spring near enough to Metro where I will can you up in the car. 2 miles... I have a small studio. Another artist lived in the house before me.
I pay best industry rates for models.  Model Mayhem's message facility works fine for initial contacts, after that, phones, lawyers, Google the Supreme Court, who knows?
