Miguel discovered his appetite for photography after arriving in Vancouver from Caracas, Venezuela. His passion for light, shadows and symmetry are evident in every image that he takes.
As an avid landscape photographer, Miguel brings 2 dimensional images of the natural world to life. His thirst to explore cities -- the people, landscapes and architecture -- is ever so evident in his images. The images he captures are a love story to his adopted home of Vancouver, celebrating the natural wonder around us, the structures we create, and the people who bring it alive. There aren’t enough words in the two languages Miguel speaks to convey the magic in people’s expressions that a camera lens captures – fortunately, photography needs no translation.
