About Me

Sara DeBerry is a recent graduate from SUNY Potsdam with her B.A. in Dance and M.S. in Leadership and Organizational Skills in Technology. Born and raised in Brooklyn,NY. She has found a passion for Fitness and Nutrition and ever since has been finding ways to intertwine her passions for fitness and nutrition with dance. Sara has experience in personal training as well as focusing on training outside of the studio and helping dancers reach their fitness goals. She is professionally trained dancer in Jazz, Ballet, West African,Horton and Hip-Hop. Sara also found a love for modeling ever since she walked her fist catwalk during her college fashion show. She is confident and fierce behind the camera as well as on stage. Sara plans on expanding her personal training turning it into a career as well as teaching dance and becoming a fitness model in the near future.
