I've been doing modelling as a hobby a number of years now, it was something I had always wanted to try but never had the conference so I had put it off. It was when I was invited to a retro rockabilly photo shoot by my best friend so I could help her with costume changes. The photographer was visiting from France and insisted that I model too, I was reluctant at first but with encouragement I found I was very comfortable in front of the camera and needed very little direction. I've since done a number of photo shoots from boudoir, artistic, alternative, promotion to a photo shoot for charity. I joined model mayhem to get to know other photographers, models and make up artists, collaborate with new people, discover new styles of modelling, inspiration and to further my modelling portfolio.
