I’m a yoga teacher, mindfulness teacher, sustainability advocate, and creative artist. My work informs my work, and I’m always a student first.

I'm comfortable in my own skin and love being both in front of and behind the camera. I have an array of creative skills that make me an animated and vivacious person to work with, and I'm a talented and versatile model.

I teach vinyasa, yin and restorative forms of yoga in the Greater Boston area. Experienced in Teaching: Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Core Flow, Slow Flow, Restorative, Yin Yoga & Private Yoga of styles listed.

My artistic career is based on my training as an actor, dancer, singer, musician and choreographer. I’m also a visual artist, photographer, producer, writer, graphic designer and sound editor through the platform of my production company, Odd Treasure Productions. I hold a BFA in Musical Theatre from The Boston Conservatory at Berklee, and I’m grateful for my training and career in the great city of Boston.

The Field Athletics Consulting, LLC is an incredible emotional intelligence consulting company who's mission is to cultivate a compassionate world, one breath at a time. My role spans from mindfulness teacher to graphic designer, and I work closely with the founders as they continue to develop and grow. They have kindly deemed me one of their "Product Development Specialists."

I work as a sustainability advocate and recruiter for a renewable energy company, and I'm very proud of the work we do. I hope to one day incorporate all possible mindful, sustainable ways of living into my everyday life.
