Oahu is arguably one of the most photogenic locations in the world! I have a number of fun projects and locations in mind and will be looking to collaborate with models on a wide variety of shoots all over the island. Indoor shots (glamour, fashion, editorial, etc.) are not as time-specific since we can add or take away light. But on outdoor shoots, I typically prefer to work around the golden hours of dawn and dusk. Underwater shots typically work best with the sun high in the sky, but not directly overhead. I am open to a wide variety of collaborations and invite discussion, but one genre I am particularly motivated around is underwater. I have spent a lot of time shooting underwater and am well-versed with the unique challenges this environment presents. For shots on shipwrecks & illuminated caverns, I need models with demonstrated freediving and/or scuba diving experience. Boat transportation will be provided when necessary. I also have quite a bit of specialized equipment that will help us get uniquely epic shots for your portfolio. Safety of everyone involved is paramount - we will likely work up to these collaborations, working first in a pool and progressing incrementally. I have ideas for shallow water, tidepool, split shots, bluewater, etc. Will announce specifics in the casting alerts, but please message me if you are interested so we can get the conversation rolling.
