I'm a San Francisco based multimedia artist. I make films, photos and music. I try to create quiet, dark or dreamy work that expresses a distinct mood. These days, I'm working on my portfolio to apply to graduate programs for an MFA in Film Directing. I see portraiture as directly tied to that. I'm hoping to use portrait projects as a way to get more experience connecting and collaborating with the individuals in front of my lens. I'd also like to test out cinematic ideas and methods of visual storytelling, maybe even make some short films.

I have a wide range of equipment and cameras. My favorites are my 48 megapixel Panasonic S1r and my Bolex 16mm film camera. I also have Super 8, 35mm cameras, circuit bent cameras, underwater housings and an infrared-converted digital camera. I like to try out all kinds of tricks and create wild, unique looks. I'm very inspired by movies, music and photographs from the 90s and 2000s like David Fincher or David Lynch's work, CSI, Cocteau Twins, The Matrix, Aphex Twin, etc.
