Hello! I'm Josephine Mar, and I am a New York-based avant-garde acoustic singer-songwriter. My main influences are Tori Amos, Kate Bush, Jeff Buckley, and Isadora Duncan.

A former ballerina from Texas, I enjoy making good use of space with my body. I love to dance and sing in my shoots to capture a dynamic range of shapes and vibes.
I strive to embrace the nuances of life with eclectic poses and raw emotion. I move with intention and am unafraid of shifting through ugliness to create the perfect image.

With modeling as a supplement to my music career, I am looking for ways to reinvent myself in every shoot. Collaborating in this medium has really helped me flex my creative muscles, and it brings me a lot of joy!
