1) Do You Hire Models : Yes, I pay a flat rate for shoots.

2) How Do You Choose Your Model: I look for a joy-full personality in addition to physical appearance. My photography tends to be an expression of joy and fun so I tend to choose models who reflect that in their personalities. I tend to do a screening over a video call or an in-person screening depending on the assignment.

3) How Often Do You Shoot: I tend to shoot once a month.
